A prefab quote is easier to prepare when the buyer can describe both the home and the site. The model matters, but land conditions, access, utilities, foundation assumptions, and delivery route can change the scope just as much.
Before contacting K&K, gather the property location, intended use, preferred model or size, budget range, timing, utility status, access notes, and any known local restrictions.
Wide photos are useful. Include the road approach, driveway, slope, open placement area, utility area, drainage conditions, and any nearby obstacles such as trees, fences, overhead lines, or narrow turns.
Photos do not replace a professional site review. They simply help the first reply move faster and reduce guesswork.
Buyers need to be careful with the word turnkey. Different companies use it differently. A quote request needs to clarify the home package, freight, offloading, foundation, utilities, permits, inspections, local labor, taxes, and any work that remains outside the scope.
A clear first inquiry saves time. It moves the request from general interest to practical planning.
